Right of withdrawal and return policy

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product without giving any reason.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging (including plastic foil).
Return costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
In case of a return, it is best to contact us via alume.antwerp@gmail.com.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the return.
Exceptions: custom-made products, products manufactured at the specific request of the customer, and purchases by business customers.
